I was visiting my girlfriend here in Sheboygan Falls for a few days when my power steering hose was ruptured and drained all the power steering fluid out. I had my vehicle towed to Brian's since my girlfriend has had her vehicle repaired there a lot and has always had great service and reasonable prices. When I told them about my car issues, they said they wouldn't be able to get to it until next week, but I'd have to leave before then, one of the employees then went to the back to speak with Brian. Even though they were clearly busy and had a lot of cars parked in the lot, they allowed me to leave my vehicle and they said they would at least have a look at it to fully diagnose it over the weekend. Luckily it was just the hose being ruptured due to the exhaust leak I had so it was a quick and easy fix. They got my car back to me fully repaired the next day. I am very grateful to them for allowing me to leave my vehicle there even though I had no appointment for it, and even managed to fix it so quickly. Great service, very nice staff, and good prices.
